Bolinhos

Shred the Bacalanor cod and let it desalt for 24 hours so it desalts quickly and already shredded for the preparation of the bolinho.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of oil

½ tablespoon of garlic

2 tablespoons chopped onion

2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed (+/- 280 g)

1 beaten egg

500 g cod cod, cooked and shredded

1 tablespoon of oil

chopped parsley, ground black pepper and salt to taste


Preparation:

In a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, sauté ½ tablespoon of garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped onion until golden.

Transfer the sautéed to a bowl, add 2 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed, 1 beaten egg, 500 g of cooked and shredded cod, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, chopped parsley, ground black pepper, salt to taste and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Form balls and fry in hot oil until golden.

Serve immediately.
