Cod With Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 kg cod loin Cod Morhua Bacalanor

1 onion

4 cloves of garlic

4 medium potatoes

12 cherry tomatoes

200 grams of roasted minced garlic.

250 ml of olive oil

parsley to decorate

Preparation:

The first step is to desalt the cod fillets.

Dip the cod in a bowl of cold water and place in the fridge. Change the water two to three times a day within 24 hours.

Place the cod loins in a pan with olive oil and add chopped garlic, cherry tomatoes, potatoes and top with roasted ground garlic and a drizzle of olive oil to taste.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
